US President Donald Trump has said he will approve the sale of F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia. The announcement comes just before Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman visits the White House.
If approved, Saudi Arabia would be the first Arab country to get these advanced jets. Trump called Saudi Arabia a “great ally” and said the sale would strengthen ties between the two countries.
