The Delhi Gymkhana Club has urged authorities to provide clear instructions regarding its relocation and related eviction or re-entry orders, amid ongoing uncertainty over its future operations. The club has expressed concern that a lack of clarity could disrupt its functioning and affect its members.
According to developments reported on Monday, the prestigious members’ club has sought official confirmation on how and when any relocation process will be carried out. It has also requested that there be no sudden disruption of services until a proper framework is communicated.
The issue revolves around administrative and land-use decisions involving the club premises, where authorities are reportedly considering redevelopment or reallocation plans. In response, the club has taken the position that any transition should be orderly, legally defined, and communicated well in advance.
