A series of explosions at a mosque inside SMA 27, a state high school in North Jakarta, Indonesia, injured 54 people on Friday. Most of the victims were students attending Friday prayers.

The blast occurred near a loudspeaker in the mosque, causing panic, smoke, and injuries from flying glass and debris. Twenty people remain in the hospital, with three in serious condition.

Police found bomb-making materials, a body vest, firearms, and toy weapons near the mosque. Authorities are investigating whether the attack has links to terrorism, but no official confirmation has been made.

The public has been advised to remain alert and report anything suspicious while the investigation continues.
